The cygnuscrane.com website is statically hosted and does not use analytics, cookies, tracking pixels, fingerprinting, or any third-party tracking scripts. We do not log visitor IP addresses or build user profiles.

If you contact us by email at support@cygnuscrane.net, we receive whatever information you choose to send (your email address, message contents, any attachments). We use that information solely to respond to your inquiry.

2. Information collected by our software products

Our published software products (including Mail Bender) operate locally on your device. They may interact with third-party APIs (such as Microsoft Graph) using credentials you provide via OAuth. The data flow for each product is documented in its product-specific privacy policy.

Cygnus Crane LLC does not operate any server, database, or backend infrastructure that receives or stores user data from our software. We do not have access to your mailbox, calendar, contacts, or any data managed through our products.

3. Consulting engagements

If we work with you under a consulting engagement, any data you share is handled according to the specific engagement agreement. We do not retain client data after project completion unless required for ongoing support or legal compliance.

4. Your rights

Under GDPR, CCPA, and similar privacy laws, you have rights to access, correct, and delete personal information we hold about you.
